You may make a few common errors that lead to your account being put on hold or your business incurring a penalty. Here are some common mistakes and how to avoid them:
1. Ignoring Expected Dispatch Day:
It leads to negative feedback from customers and an increased risk of order cancellation. You can use the filter, “Breaching Soon” to see which orders need urgent dispatch.
2. Download shipping labels before or after 11AM: If you want your pickups on the same day, download the label before 11 AM. If downloaded post 11 AM, the pickup is scheduled for the next day.
3. Not recording the pickup boy’s name, date of pickup, count of items shipped and delivery partner’s signature on the order manifest during dispatch: Download and print manifests for orders in the ‘Ready to ship’ tab in the ‘Orders’ section before the pickup agent reaches you.
4. Adding more inventory in your catalogs than you have: This could lead to orders coming in that cannot be fulfilled. Ensure to update your inventory and crosscheck it regularly.
5. Not marking items as Out of Stock when you run out of inventory: Go to the Supplier Panel, click on ‘Inventory’ and update it to 0.
